“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.”

Walt Disney

When you think about your favourite places to visit, what is it that makes them stand out from the rest?

What is it that keeps taking you back there?

Is it an item, a feature, an atmosphere, an emotion or something else?

Your product and service may be similar in many aspects to that of the competition except for a few defining factors.

You are different from every other person and business; there is no one else who can do exactly what you can do, the way that you do it.

Once you have figured out what makes you unique and then implement it, you will be on your way to becoming the salon of choice for prospective new clients.

The key is to define who you are and what makes you different, and then focus on being as exceptional as possible in those differentiating areas.

This is your superpower.

A lot of people are good at what they do.

Some are even elite.

A select few are completely unstoppable.

Those who are unstoppable are on a separate level from everyone else. They don’t compete with anyone but themselves.

The truth is, you could surpass anyone if you radically stretch your thinking and belief system.

But only if you are willing to question your own thought processes and open yourself to believing an entirely different set of possibilities.

That’s the key to everything.

You should be great at all the basics, and then put your energy and focus on being exceptional at what makes you different.

That’s how you take yourself from Successful to Exceptional!
